events. South Bank is a favorite place for tourists and locals to hang out in

that summer is almost over. With temperatures ranging from 11 to 15 degrees
Celsius. But it's still good to go for a second week in September because it's
still hot.
From December
to January. With an average temperature of 1 to 7 degrees Celsius, and
sometimes up to minus when night falls. The peak time is cold, just before
Christmas and January. During winter, the time of day is shorter and the time
of night is longer. In December, the sun goes down faster at around 04:00 PM and at 08.00 AM the new sun rises. But slowly, the
clock will move to normal time.
